(all vehicles & camping equipment must fit on the concrete)

a non-refundable reservation payment.
We accept all major credit cards.
Save Card processor fees when you pay by
cash, check or money order.
No DEBIT cards will be accepted at registration even if
they can be used like a credit card.
All prices subject to change call to veryify rates.

Delayed Arrivals & No Shows
If a guest anticipates an arrival later than office hours, we request they call the office so we can continue to hold the site (office closes at 6:00 pm Mon - Sat and 4:30 pm Sun).
guests not registered by 9 am the following morning after their check in date, the site will be considered “No Show” and their site will be made available to the next guest. “No Shows” are considered cancellations; see cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy
If three or more days notice is given the guest has the opportunity to reschedule their reservation based on availability. If the guest chooses not to reschedule a future date, the initial reservation payment will be applied as a cancellation fee. no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
If three day notice is not given, the guest will not have the opportunity to reschedule and the initial reservation payment will be applied as a cancellation fee. The site will be made available to the next guest.
State of Emergency
A Big Wheel RV Park aligns with Camden County during emergency scenarios. If Camden County mandates evacuation A Big Wheel RV Park will stop services and close as per county mandate. We are not liable for any items left on site during a declared emergency. No refunds will be provided. For pending reservations, see cancellation policy.
Inclement Weather
Camping & RVing is an outdoor experience and is subject to changes in weather conditions including hurricanes, tornadoes, rainstorms, windstorms and all other weather events. We have never closed due to any weather conditions but we do not guarantee that it will never happen. Refunds will not be provided for weather events or road conditions. See our Cancellation Policy if you intend to move or cancel your reservation.
Visitors
Visitors during office hours must check in to receive a set of park rules and for site security/safety.
No charge for daily visitors using guest parking (not staying overnight). No parking in road or grass around site at any time.
$2 per person per night for overnight guest up to 6 nights (includes 1 additional vehicle).
$60 per week for each guest staying 7 nights or more (includes 1 additional vehicle).
Miscellaneous Extras
$2 per night for any vehicle other than the one included tow vehicle. No charge if vehicles fit on concrete without any wheels on the grass.
Ice & Firewood when available can be purchased at the office. Call for pricing and availability.
Additional parking spaces and storage available.
